SCOPE OF WORK AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Consulting Firm/ Business Consultant: To conduct legal needs assessment to understand the startup-s legal status and needs To offer legal consulting services, prepare and implement the registration of a fashion brand Lebanon and Europe. To submit a clear report explaining the process, registration process and expected outcome of the legal consultancy and brand registration. Requirements and Deliverables: The consultant will be working on the "scope of work" while adding complementary suggestions and personal input to achieve the desired outcome based on the startup-s needs and roadmap. The consultant will offer legal consulting services and submit a report that includes the legal needs assessment, recommendations, registration process and expected outcome.
