Procurement Summary: The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, is conducting a public tender to award the provision of gases, laboratory materials and supplies required by the Ministry of Agriculture - Plant Pharmacy Laboratory - Agricultural Wealth Directorate for the year 2025 in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered An integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (institutions or companies) who deal in providing gases, laboratory materials and supplies, and who are registered in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, have the right to participate in this tender. The bidder has the right to participate in the tender in one or more categories, or all of them. The contract shall be awarded by public tender and shall be temporarily assigned to the bidder who is technically and administratively acceptable and who has provided the lowest total price for each individual group mentioned in Appendix No. 1. The bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more groups. He is also entitled to He may participate in all groups.
