Purchase summary: The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, conducts a public tender to provide maintenance for laboratory equipment and machinery required for the plant pharmacy laboratory - Ministry of Agriculture - Agricultural Wealth Directorate, using the public tender method for a period of two years, in accordance with this book of conditions. And its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (institutions or companies) who deal in providing maintenance of laboratory equipment and machines, and who are registered in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, are entitled to participate in this tender. The bidder has the right to participate in the tender in one or more categories. Or all of them. The award is made by public tender and is temporarily assigned to the bidder who is technically and administratively acceptable and who has provided the lowest total price for each individual item mentioned in Appendix No. 1. The bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more items. He is also entitled to participate in all types. Appendix No. (1) Technical specifications attached to a special book of conditions for obligating the provision of maintenance for laboratory equipment and machinery required by the Plant Pharmacy Laboratory - Ministry of Agriculture - Agricultural Wealth Directorate through public tender for a period of two years Technical specifications Items Periodic maintenance Every three months, in addition to meeting the laboratory within a maximum of 24 hours in the event of a malfunction or symptom occurring on the machine, for a period of two years. A maximum of two years in the event of a malfunction or accident occurring on the machine. Maintenance must include all malfunctions and cleaning of spare parts inside the machine.
