Call for Consultancies: Accounting & Admin Support Closing Date: Wednesday, 10. May 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Environment Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: Subject to discussion Accounting and Admin Support will help with the accounting and administrative functions of Greenpeace MENA. This includes tasks such as assisting with the preparation of reports, processing invoices and payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that all relevant tasks are completed accurately and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES: .Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. .Managing accounts payable and receivable and reconciling accounts. .Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations .Providing administrative support to the team, such as maintaining office supplies, handling procurement, etc. .Flight and hotel bookings and travel arrangements with the travel agency. .Assist in event budget estimations. .Follow up with suppliers and consultants on invoices, payments, and receipt of payments. .Supplier and bank reconciliations. .Managing and organizing files and records, both hard and soft copies .Prepare service agreements.
