An invitation to announce a request for proposals for consulting services limited to carrying out the tasks of financial and technical auditing and procurement procedures for the cultural heritage project funded by a grant from the French Agency for Development (AFD) (Grant No. CLB 1073 FERC III) Purchase Summary: A summary of the most important terms and conditions required in a contract Procurement: A- Carrying out the tasks of preparing the study and the contracting file, the tasks of supporting the Council during the contracting process, and the tasks of supervising the implementation of works related to the rehabilitation of damaged greenhouses in the agricultural areas affected by the Israeli aggression against Lebanon in the year 2024. B- Duration Completion of the required tasks: A period of two months, starting from the date of notification of the contract, to complete the tasks of preparing the study and the contract file, for the project to rehabilitate the damaged greenhouses (Greenhouses) in the agricultural areas affected by the Israeli aggression against Lebanon in the year 2024, and a period of one and a half months to complete the tasks. Supporting the Council during the process of awarding this project begins as of the date the Council for Development and Reconstruction launches this tender, and the six-month period for completing the tasks of supervising the implementation of this project begins as of the date the contractor is given the order to begin work.
