Request for proposals are invited for Baalechmay Solar Pumping System -Rev 02. Item Description: Solar Pumping System Solution RFP issuing date 12/01/2023 Deadline for receiving offers 23/01/2023 Milestone Date/Time RFP issuing date 12/01/2023 Deadline for receiving offers 23/01/2023 Scope of Work 2. Scope AUB is requesting offers from qualified suppliers for the provision of supplying of Solar pumping system Technical specifications: • The water pump fitted on the well is 130 HP ( 3-phase pump that operates at 380 volts) and requires at least 100kW of energy. • Another 3kW backup power system is required along with a basic monitoring system. • The well is 174 meters deep with a submersible pump sitting at 160 m and the Ras el Jabal storage tank ( size 2760 m3 ) is located at an elevation approximately 200m above the geolocation of the well. • The water supply goal of the solar pumping solution is to pump and deliver at least 180 m3 of water per day ( during periods of full solar exposure ) to the aforementioned Ras el Jabal storage tank. • The area of the solar field will be made into flat terraces and the municipality will also provide a weatherproof room to fit all electronic systems. • Provision and construction of a structure for the panels, along with earthing must be included in the bid. • The system will be only powered by solar pumping on which no other power source is available at the site. • List the make, model, country of origin, and product photo for each BOQ line item as additional columns in your budget table. Solar pumping system bid requests: • Chinese products/brands are NOT accepted on any part of the solution. • Minimum 5-year warranty requested • Operational/light maintenance training for operating personnel at the municipality should be part of the offer
