- Tenders are invited for Car Rental. Urda is looking a minimum of 6 4-wheels drive vehicles to serve all staff around Lebanon ( Bekaa - - - Tripoli - Saida - South ... etc ) that should be minimum model of 2019 . fully insured ( all risk ) with all maintenance services provided by the rental agencies including the brake pads change and oil change periodically . TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to : URDA - Khaldeh area - close to Rammal super market - Al Arab Street - Al Anwar building - First floor - Tel : 05/807046 70/036011 CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 21 September 2021 at 16:00. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected. 2 sealed envelops should contains : First envelop : Company registration ( copy of all official papers ) - client and referenve list - Vehicle technical information ( brand - Model - Cylinder number - Type of registration ) WITHOUT ANY PRICE . Second envelop : Offers for the vehicle rental MUST be accompanied with the payment terms that can be 2 price quotation ( price for cheque payable ONLY by Bankers cheque other one for cash money or Fresh money transfer ) and shall be submitted together with the bid in a sealed envelope. All bids shall be submitted in a SEALED envelope clearly marked RENT OF VEHICLES with Tender Reference number UR/2020001/HQ CAR RENTAL at the address during working hours only between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm .
