Description:
Quotation are invited for Composting Services-Food Facilities Project. We appreciate receiving your competitive offer by September 23rd, 2024 before 1:00 pm Lebanon Time. The company is required to abide by the below points when presenting their offer 1. Assessment of Waste Quantity and Quality:  The contractor must conduct an initial assessment to estimate the quantity of organic waste generated by AUB cafeterias on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  The assessment should consider seasonal variations, peak times, and any special events that may affect waste volumes.  The contractor must evaluate the quality of the organic waste, identifying potential contaminants and providing recommendations for improving waste segregation to ensure that only compostable materials are collected.  Regular reassessments should be conducted throughout the contract to adjust services as needed and to optimize waste collection and composting efficiency. 2. Provision of Bins:  The contractor must supply appropriately sized, durable, and clearly labeled organic waste bins for all cafeteria locations.  Bins should be designed to prevent odors and leaks and be easy to clean.  Bins must be regularly cleaned and maintained by the contractor to ensure hygienic conditions.  The contractor shall ensure a sufficient number of bins are available to accommodate the volume of waste generated.
