Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Conducting Environmental Services at AUBMC. Offices & clinics: Daily Services: (To be done as frequently as needed) o Continuous emptying, wipe cleaning and disinfecting of wastebaskets in public and clinical areas (throughout the day and as much as needed). o Dusting desks' top, cabinets, and furniture. o Dusting of all dust collecting items and notice boards. o Removing fingerprints and marks from doors and glass. o Cleaning and polishing of all mirrors and stainless-steel partitions. o Sweeping and mopping/disinfecting floors with a highly active disinfectant. o Daily continuous refuse/trash collection services o Daily deep cleaning and disinfecting of the garbage room. o Sweeping and cleaning of the Mechanical equipment and services and Electro - Mechanical Workshops. o Daily deep cleaning and disinfecting of the clinics. o Daily inside cleaning of glass partitions. o Vacuum cleaning for all carpets. o Cleaning spillage from floors and furniture. o Wipe cleaning and disinfecting all telephones. Weekly Services: o Washing all furniture and dust collecting items from fingerprints and soil marks. o Dusting all ledges, high cabinets, corners etc.... o Cleaning walls from soil marks. o General cleaning of the roof area. o Cleaning of mechanical rooms and stores. o Monthly Services: o Dusting Light fixtures. o Cleaning of all air vents and grills. NB: The cleaning of all medical devices, monitoring units, IV poles, medical instruments & tools is not the second party's responsibility.
