- Tenders are invited for Conducting Environmental Services at AUBMC Bid Issue 28-Dec-2023 Supplier confirmation of receipt 04-Jan-2024 Pre bid meeting & inquiries (if needed) 08-Jan-2024 AUBMC answers to questions ll-Jan-2024 Deadline for full Proposal submittal 22-Jan-2024 A. Purpose: AUBMC is seeking proposals from experienced firms, specialized with proven track record of successfully executed similar services, for conducting Environmental services at AUBMC. B. Scope of Work Service provider should provide workers, supervisors, tools & equipment ,adequate to maintain the ACC building, Sawwaf building, Abu Khater building (Building 23), Medical Administration Building (MAB), school of nursing. Phase 1 and 2 with continuous & constant cleanliness without obstruction to the freedom of action, work, or services provided in the facility. Detailed service requirements are mentioned in the Specifications attached to this RFP. The contract duration is for Two years renewable at the consent of both parties.
