Tenders are invited for Conducting third party monitoring and evaluation assignment Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation LTO1: A growing number of young people actively promote gender justice and prevent GBV on and offline. LTO2: Decision-makers increasingly adopt, adapt, implement, and are accountable for gender transformative and youth inclusive policies and laws. LTO3: Civil society is more united, connected, resilient, effective, gender-transformative, and youth-inclusive. Closing Date: Thursday, 22. Feb 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Gender issues Remuneration range: 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 12 months Skills: Applicant is required to have a BA or MA in social sciences, project management or other related fields; Applicant is required to have experience conduct monitoring and evaluation exercises Applicant must have experience in research -both qualitative and quantitative; Applicant must have experience working in the humanitarian field -particularly engaging with local communities (experience working with youth is desirable); Applicant must have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the local context in Lebanon; Applicant must possess excellent communication skills in Arabic; Applicant must have experience working in culturally sensitive contexts.
