Aug 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Citizenship, Development, Environment, Training & Capacity Building Introduction: Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) established in 2003, is a nongovernmental, secular association that works through a wide range of networks of civil society organizations (CSOs) to meet the needs of the local community on the basis of sustainable development. These relationships are part of the organization scale up ability. DPNA-s Vision is to have a democratic and non-violent society where all citizens enjoy their rights and freedoms. As for its Mission, it is to educate, empower, mobilize, and enable citizens to change and meet the needs of the communities specifically the marginalized groups in rural, bordered, and poverty areas, on the basis of human rights and sustainable development. About the Bid: As part of Gestion Citoyenne project under Under Centre de Crise et de Soutien in partnership with Secours Populaire Français, DPNA is requesting price offer for construction continuation of an existing center in Habboush area. Information regarding the Bid are mentioned in the attached BOQ. Suppliers interested in applying should submit the required documents. Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) requests your price quotation for the following construction continuation of an existing center in Habboush specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder: BOQ completed and stamped (attached). Company Profile. List of similar projects completed within the last 5 years. Time schedule/Workplan. Data Sheet. Commercial Register Certificate. Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance. Document reflecting that the company is not subject to legal proceedings from the court. Copy of the ID of the representative of the company. At least 1-2 references from previous similar experience. Evaluation and Selection Criteria: Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows: Technical 60%, Financial 40%.
