Tenders are invited for Consultant for Marketing the App Closing Date: Friday, 23. Feb 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Business & Economic Policy Duration of Contract: 1 month Qualifications and Experience Proven track record of success in marketing mobile applications, preferably in a similar industry or market. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. Fluency in [relevant languages] is preferred. Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities. Essential - Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor-s degree required in Marketing/ Communication/ Digital marketing tools/ Social Media At least 3 years of work experience. Strong capacity to coordinate with a team. Familiarity with the Lebanese economy, market, Labor Market and Social Entrepreneurship. Integrity, fairness and impartiality. Ability to manage sensitive cases and confidential information. Knowledge of the Application functioning. Knowledge of the socio-economic circumstances in post Beirut blast zones Demonstrable understanding of the gendered dynamics of labor relations, and linkages to decent work Diplomacy, tact and negotiating skills. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
