The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer. In case the Contractor is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 8.5 % should always be considered.
