The overarching goal of the initiative is to promote energy efficiency and women's economic empowerment. This will be achieved through technical assistance, in-kind support towards energy technologies, energy auditing, capacity building, energy monitoring, access to internal and external markets, and sharing awareness and experience. The content developer will be responsible for developing comprehensive content focused on business development, with practical insights and strategies, covering various aspects tailored according to the needs of the MSMEs including but not limited to: Best business management practices including inclusive HR policies. Financial management. Business continuity management Value Creation and Value Innovation Timeline: The assignment is expected to take place during the month of May 2024.
