Request for proposals are invited for Content Management Expert - Berytech Qualifications: Master-s degree in any related field + regular certifications to stay up to date. 15+ Years of experience in developing solid content strategies to engage and convert new and existing audiences. In addition to creating, curating, planning, and researching fresh content. Experience spanning over a multitude of industries including e-commerce, retail, F&B, health, food and business development. Work experience with diverse local and regional clients in addition to international organizations such as USAID, European Commission, World Food Program, UN Commissions, UKAID, World Bank Group, Italian Trade Agency, GIZ, and Embassies. Skills: Digital Strategy · Marketing Strategy · Project Management · Communication · Social Media Optimization (SMO) · Digital Marketing · Content Marketing Website Content - Support in general key messaging about every program - Coordinate with C&O team and web designer + web developer to provide adequate content for every microsite/landing page/event page - Content Creation of articles for announcements, coverage and web releases - Manages all freelance writes in terms of briefing them about the topic, angle, then editing and giving feedbackon their work - Publishes on the website and has great skills in Wordpress and Elementor - Copy writing and copy editing of all content material prepared by the C&O team (articles, web releases, press releases, visuals, announcements, etc.) - Social media content creation and development - Prepare scripts for every video - Liaise with videographers for every video (2-3 per month) briefing them about video direction, script, needed content, and sometimes goes with the videographer on set to make sure the interviewees are on point - Review and share feedback on all videos and podcast or any multimedia product produced by Berytech team Across Department Support - Attend all Berytech events and produce coverage through interviews (audio and video) - Core part of all strategic decisions related to the brand identity and related outreach activities - Writes speeches for Chairman, COO and sometimes Program Directors for big interventions Selection Criteria Scope of Portfolio (clients size) Quality of work delivered Years of experience Marketing case studies Availability of Documents Previously worked with Berytech Meet deadlines
