Description:
Tenders are invited for Control and Automation Engineer - Food System Challenge (WFP) The Consultant is expected to fulfill the following: Design the control process for the dehydration production line. Advise on the smart tools needed to equip the line with the necessary sensors to fulfill the purpose. Supervise the installation of the tools and perform necessary testing to ensure process optimization. Provide SOPs for troubleshooting if needed. Provide the FSC team at the end of the intervention a detailed report describing the tasks performed during the intervention. Qualifications: Bachelor-s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or any relevant field. M.Eng in Automation and Process control is a plus. At least 7 years of experience with proven experience of working on similar projects Good communications and report writing skills. Fluent in English and Arabic Candidates should submit the following documents: Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further. Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic. Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeframe of the intervention.
