RFP issuing date 13-Ju1 -2021 Deadline for Bidders' Inquiries 23-Ju1y-2021 Deadline To answer in Inquiries 28-Jul -2021 Deadline for receiving offers 05-August-2021 The CRM system will establish a repository for all leads at the undergraduate, graduate, PhD, professional, open enrolment, continuing and executive education, and other programs to maximize prospects generation, nurture prospects, and drive opportunities to create workflow efficiencies, increase student satisfaction, provide more accurate revenue forecasting and improve available management decision making information. Л student portal/dashboard with real-time information will provide prospects, parents, and counsellors a snapshot of the overall program application status as well as individual application status, announcements, actions items, option to schedule appointments with program managers or relevant members, checklists allowing for a drill-down view and access to detailed account/contact information. AUB Is looking for oul-of-thc-box functionality to limit system customization*. System extensions may only be used to address operational workflow efficiencies. It is also essential that the new system integrate with the existing Olliician Banner student information system modules and others to provide a one overall integrated solution. AUB is looking for a comprehensive solution. The selected system must include all design, development, and implementation services with comprehensive licensing: i.e., no limitations on usage, services, or other resources. It must have no additional costs as new features are released.
