Tenders are invited for Designer - Advocacy Lab. Closing Date: Saturday, 04. Feb 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Advocacy & Awareness, Gender issues, Human Rights & Protection, Humanitarian & Development Financing, Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: Two Months Helem, is the first LGBTQIA+ rights organization in the Arab world, officially established in Beirut, Lebanon in 2001. Its mission is to lead the struggle for the liberation of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Intersex, Transgendered, Queer (LGBTQIA+) and other people with non-conforming sexualities and/or gender identities in Lebanon and the SWANA region from all sorts of violations of their individual and collective civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights. Our goal is to empower young LGBTQIA+ leaders to advocate for their own liberation. We seek to create initiatives and spaces where our communities can leverage unity through diversity and build power. We protect and support individuals with the resources to resist the harm caused by homophobia and transphobia. We empower our youth through education and community building, and we mobilize to change the laws, policies, and practices that deny us equality and reduce our quality of life. Helem is seeking the services of an experienced branding specific graphic designer to work with the Communications department and Advocacy Lab program team. The designer will work on supporting the brand identity development of Advocacy Lab program. This will include conceptualization, design and production of the logo, collateral, print media and digital media. Deliverables: Create a Logo design and variations (subject to a few revisions) Create a Branding guidelines booklet Produce other branding collaterals Design Promotional items (Pins, tote bag, lanyard, ID tag, Wrist bands, pen, folder, notepad) Print Media Design Digital Media Design (Website subpage design and social media template) Brochure containing up to 10 pages How to apply All individuals interested in being part of this programming and who fit the criteria listed below should apply by sending an email containing a link to Portfolio, CV, and quotation to helemlebanoncareers@gmail.com under the subject “Designer - AdvocacyLab ”.
