Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Development and Implementation of a New Public Website and Content Management System for the Ministry of Social Affairs The technical Proposal: Applicants shall prepare a technical proposal as an overall response to this TOR, ensuring that the assignment-s purpose, objectives, and deliverables are addressed. The technical proposal shall include but not limited to: Company profile: including the full legal name, address, contact information, focal person, website, years of experience and number of staff in the company. Legal registration certificate issue by Lebanese authorities. Sample of relevant previous experience, customers and products. Highlight the experience in working with governmental authorities (If applicable). CMS features and functionalities (with demo link). Work plan and project development methodologies, including a delivery timeline. List of the Key Personnel proposed for performing the services and their responsibilities. The financial Proposal: The financial proposal shall be submitted separately, clearly named Financial Proposal. The financial offer shall cover all costs for performing the services listed in this assignment, including but not limited to: reimbursable expenses, transportation, equipment and materials, remuneration for staff, insurance, telecommunication, etc. The cost in the financial offer shall be quoted in EURO inclusive of all taxes. The financial offer shall remain valid for at least 90 calendar days after the submission deadline
