The full Request For Quotation (RFQ) document is attached. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Only offers that meet the minimum specifications detailed hereunder will be considered for evaluation: 1- The service provider shall commit to the confidentiality to the order and any related information and shall not be disclosed to any third party for any purpose without the prior written consent of Ana Aqra Association. 2- The service provider shall be flexible and available on demand. 3- The service provider shall commit to meet the specifics projects deadline. 4- The service provider shall be able to provide a high level of customer service. 5- The service provider shall deliver the kits to the list of schools shared in Annex 3. 6- The service provider shall provide the total number of similar services in the last three years around the country. ( to fill Annex 1) 7- The service provider shall provide a delivery schedule timeline, taking into consideration that the distribution will start by November 01, 2021. ( to fill Annex 4 ) 8- The service Provider shall submit the copies of delivery notes signed by the receivers with the invoices. 9- The service provider shall submit all his legal papers with the proposal submissions.
