Project Title: EmpowerHER: Enhancing Access to Women's Health Services in Tripoli - Shalfeh Area, in collaboration with Expertise France under the SHABAKE 2 Project. Project Objective: To enhance access to women's health services and information in North Lebanon. Project Length/Timeline: 12 months, from April 15, 2024, to April 14, 2025. Quotation Currency: All quotations must be provided in USD to mitigate exchange rate risks. Medical Ultrasound Supplier Evaluation Criteria: Supplier selection will be based on: Reputation & Quality of Brand (50%) Pricing & Cost (best value for money) (50%) Payment: The payment will be made within 45 days of the delivery. We are not able to pay a down payment or directly on delivery. The payment will be made via a bank transfer in US fresh dollars or bank withdrawal letter. Gynecologist Position Announcement: Position Title: OBGYN Specialist (also referred to as Gynecologist or Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Location: Nozha Medical Center (NMC), Tripoli, Abou Samra, Shalfeh area. Technical Requirements: The selected Gynecologist is required to conduct 3000 Medical Consultations & 900 Echography Examinations within the project timeline. (Note: Ultrasound Machine will be provided by NMC; Gynecologist is not responsible for providing the US machine). All Medical Consultations & Echography Examinations are to be conducted at Nozha Medical Center (NMC), Tripoli, Abou Samra, Shalfeh area. Payment terms: Invoices should be settled within 30 days on a quarterly basis, every 3 months. Payment will be facilitated through a bank withdrawal letter or via a money transfer agency. Health Trainer/Expert Position Announcement: Position Title: Health Trainer Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly qualified Health Trainer to conduct awareness sessions on various topics related to Women's and Reproductive Health. The trainer will be responsible for delivering 45 sessions covering 10 distinct topics outlined in Annex A - Curriculums. Topics Covered: The awareness sessions will encompass the following areas: Menstrual Health and Hygiene Breast Health Awareness Reproductive Health and Family Planning Postpartum depression, Anxiety, and Stress Sexual Health Education Pregnancy and Childbirth Menopause and Aging Nutrition and Diet Pelvic Health and Incontinence Preventive Care and Screening Responsibilities and Session Details: Each awareness session will span 3 hours, inclusive of a 20-minute coffee break. Each of the 10 topics may be presented up to 5 times to ensure comprehensive coverage. Sessions will be conducted at the esteemed Nozha Medical Center in Tripoli's Abou Samra and Shalfeh area. Candidates are encouraged to apply for multiple training topics if they possess the requisite qualifications and expertise. Each session will accommodate a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 participants.
