Description:
1. The United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the Establsihement of Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the dispoal by Sale of used tyres Located at UNIFIL Headquarters, Green Hill Camp, Naqoura (South of Lebanon)2. The initial term of the contract shall be for one (1) year with optional extension of its term for two (2) further one (1+1) year period. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the necessary labour, vehicles, tools, materials, replacement parts, transportation, transportation permits and supervision, and for making all necessary arrangements, to ensure the fulfillment of its obligations under the Contract for its entire duration. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the sustainment of all its personnel and shall ensure that all of its personnel, equipment, facilities, material and supplies are in place by the date of mobilization specified in the Contract.4. The contractor will be responsible for collection, load, removal, transport and appropriately dispose of and/or recycle the used and damaged tires from the collection point located at UNIFIL Headquarters, Green Hill Camp, Naqoura on “AS IS, WHERE IS” and on an “as and when required” basis.5. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for complying with all applicable governmental regulations governing the disposal, recycling, transport or export of used and damaged tires. 6.
