• Establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) For for the provision of the Maintenance and Repair services of vehicles operated by UNIFIL on an “as and when required” basis, in Naqoura HQ, South Lebanon. 1. The United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the Establsihement of Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the for the provision of the Maintenance and Repair services of vehicles operated by UNIFIL on an “as and when required” basis, in Naqoura HQ, South Lebanon.2. The Contract will be established for an initial period of one (1) year from the date of its signature with the possibility for extensions with an optional extension of two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each or part thereof, subject to continued requirement, extension of UNIFIL-s mandate, availability of funds.3. UNIFIL seeks to establish a LTA with a contractor that is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in the field of vehicles maintenance activities, that can provide Technical Services on the listed equipment listed in the Appendix A in accordance with the equipment manufacturer procedures, standards and specifications, including the supply of Original Equipment Contractor (OEM) spare parts, lubricants and associated items to carry out the technical services.4. All the related services on the vehicles will be performed on-site at the UNIFIL HQ premises, located at Naqoura, South Lebanon. 5. The contractor shall provide qualified vehicle technicians that should have a recognized vocational or technical certification in automotive mechanics or related field, to undertake the required services. 6.
