Description:
Quotation are invited for Event Management of the Local Water Table Workshops (Lebanon). The deadline for asking all questions and answers shall be 26th of May 2021. Offers must be submitted on or before the 27th of May 2021, 01 p.m. Objectives The Agency should work alongside AUB to plan, organize, and manage physical, virtual and hybrid events and conferences. Furthermore, the Agency is expected to manage social media posts and printing material for each event. AUB is seeking an Agency or Consultant with the following requirements: Strong record in organizing virtual and hybrid events and conferences for NGOs and/or Academic institutions Proven experience of tnin. 5 years in planning, organizing and managing events Ability to manage complex and multi-disciplinary communication projects Good experience in feeding and managing social media channels of an organization pre and post events Good experience in graphic design in preparing creative posts and communication material to reach specific target groups, pre and post events Previous experience in Water-lopic related conferences/forums is an asset
