Feb 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Development, Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 4 months Context & Background About Berytech: Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon. About GIMED: The Green Impact MED Project - Positive Investments for Positive Impacts (GIMED) is a EU-funded project under the ENI-CBC Med Program aiming at supporting green entrepreneurs to better access finance and market in the Mediterranean. The project will provide trainings, coaching sessions, capacity building workshops and sub-grants to consolidate green business creation and green business development. SCOPE OF WORK AND REQUIREMENTS: The below components represent the general needs of the 4 startups. A 1-on-1 meeting shall be held between the contracted consultant / trainer and the entrepreneur to define a detailed scope of work. Component 1: Feasibility study The objective is for the Trainer/consultant to assist startups to better assess the market, assess the competition, and conduct market research on the viability of their product growth. 1: Competitive analysis 2: Market Research ( Data collection and analysis ) 3: Market and customer segmentation - Customer behavior Component 2: Marketing Strategy and/or Branding The Trainer/consultant will address the marketing part of the business, He/She will support the team in developing their social media and digital marketing strategies and plan. Digital marketing topics will be addressed: marketing strategies, social media, Customer Relationship Management, and Content Creation marketing. He/She will present the different online marketing channels, and how to start marketing your product or company with no or limited budget. 1: Content Marketing Strategy 2: social media and digital marketing 3: Creation of corporate identity (logo design, brand image) Scope of Work and Requirements: The Trainer/consultant should choose one or many of the components, each one related to their specific field of expertise. The Trainer/consultant will be working with one or many startups; the number of startups and the exact needs will be determined at a later stage in coordination with Berytech. The consultancy mission should be delivered between March 2023 and June 2023. Each component includes several services, please note that the amount per component, should not exceed 1,600 Euros per startup per component. Qualifications Consultant experienced in working with startups on the required topics (refer to the above) with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
