Tenders are invited for External Consultant/Trainer for Business Creation and Development of Cooperatives Closing Date: Sunday, 25. Jun 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Development Remuneration range: 4000 to 5000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 6 months Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with our team to develop and refine business creation strategies and cooperative development concepts. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Design and implement data recording systems to capture relevant project information. Collect and document success stories from cooperative projects, showcasing their positive impact on individuals and communities. Develop and deliver capacity building training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff members. Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff members, addressing specific needs and challenges. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies related to cooperative business development. Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record in business creation, preferably in the context of cooperatives or social enterprises. Strong expertise in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document success stories and deliver training/coaching sessions. Experience in capacity building and designing relevant training programs. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of cooperative principles and practices is highly desirable. Relevant educational background and certifications are an asset.
