Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Global Education Policy Dashboard (GEPD) The purpose of this consultancy is to measure the quality of learning, service delivery, policies, and bureaucratic capacity in Lebanon, through one round of data collection using two instruments: a School Survey (GEPD modules and AMPL-a&b assessments) and a Survey of Public Officials. The School Survey will be implemented in a nationally-representative sample of 330 schools, and 200 public officials will be interviewed under the Survey of Public Officials. The responsibilities of the survey firm include recruiting, training, and managing field and coding staff. These enumerators will pilot the instruments, carry out the fieldwork and support data cleaning and archiving. The firm will also carry out two workshops with staff from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) and the Center for Educational Research and Development (CERD) in order to socialize the GEPD and validate the resulting data and findings.
