Description:
Quotation are invited for Graphic Design Services. services of the provider to undertake the following tasks: design reports for publication using Adobe software, visualize content provided by the research team (including charts, text, presentations, etc.), prepare content for social media release, and produce visual content for events (such as banners, pamphlets, etc.). The Provider directly coordinates with the Associate Director and all collaborating AUB Units. 2. Role and Responsibilities  Utilize Adobe software to design reports suitable for publication.  Translate and visualize research team-provided content into various formats, including charts, text, and presentations.  Develop social media-ready content for distribution.  Create visually appealing materials for events, such as banners and pamphlets. - Qualifications:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design  Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience  Proficiency in Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) Time Frame: May 10, 2024, June 30, 2024 Required Documents All proposal documents should be provided in English and submitted with the following: For Individuals: Resume or CV of presenter(s) A portfolio showcasing previous work related to the requirements Copy of your passport/ID Copy of your work permit for non-Lebanese The attached form (signed by you) Financial Proposal 2 references For Corporates: Resume or CVs for the proposed team A summary about the approach in performing the tasks set in the scope of work, reflecting thoroughness and assurance of the Supplier-s ability to meet requirements and deliverables. List of proven implementation projects in similar organizations List of references Milestone Date/Time SQ-RFQ issuing date 26/April/2024 Deadline for receiving offers 07/May/2024
