- Tenders are invited for Graphic Designer for Technical Factsheets. Closing Date: Monday, 12. Jun 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Development Remuneration range: 1000 (usd) duration of contract: 12 months mada seeks a qualified graphic designer to work on the design of agroecology education/awareness factsheets template, support the update the factsheets on a quarterly basis (5 total), and support the collection of quotations and samples. job summary the graphic designer will: work on the generic design for a template for factsheets in line with mada-s visual identity and other visibility material. propose 2-3 designs to mada until a final one is agreed upon. support the update of the template 5 times (along 1.5 years as it is quarterly basis) with new content (text and visuals). lead on collection of 3 quotations from printing companies and check on samples with mada before printing the first factsheet. deliverables generic template for factsheet (due first week of june 2023) - 1 pager; a4; back and forth english and arabic versions; in an easily updatable format. update of factsheets using the template on a quarterly basis (end of june 2023; mid-september 2023; mid-december 2023; mid-march 2024; mid-june 2024). 3 printing quotations and samples for the first factsheet (june 2023). qualifications university degree or technical degree in graphic designing strong practical background in graphic design, including the use of design software such as adobe design premium, in-design, coreldraw, web design tools such as dreamweaver and flash, etc. show a clear and mature style of design, demonstrating an understanding of the communication requirements of mada proven experience of graphic production from start to published/printed product with knowledge of printing processes (offset and digital) and colour management knowledge of standard software packages, including ms office- ms access-ms visio - adobe acrobat; working experience in development or humanitarian environment is desirable how to apply please send an email to vacancy@mada.org.lb specifying the full title of the consultancy in the subject of the email. please send: a cover letter explaining your suitability for the work. work portfolio and/or samples of work. updated and relevant cv. a financial proposal in usd for all deliverables: generic template and quarterly printing.
