- Tenders are invited for Headhunter Services - Sos Children's Villages Lebanon Closing Date: Tuesday, 20. Feb 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth The headhunter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to: 1. Conduct a thorough needs analysis in collaboration with SOS Children's Villages to understand the specific requirements and qualifications for the executive role. 2. Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier candidates with the requisite skills, experience, and cultural fit for SOS Children's Villages. 3. Utilize various channels, including executive search, networking, and online platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates. 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the initial screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates. 5. Present a qualified shortlist of candidates to SOS Children's Villages, along with detailed assessments and recommendations. 6. Coordinate and support the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders involved. 7. Assist in negotiating employment terms and finalizing the recruitment process with the selected candidate The bidder shall provide the following documents (SOS might request additional documents): Registration Certificate of the company Registration in the ministry of finance VAT registration certificate Company profile Similar list of executed services (a minimum of three services) Organization Chart reflecting the structure of the team who will be assigned to implement and monitor the required services Time schedule.
