Tenders are invited for Healthcare ERP Related Systems Epic Billing & Finance Admission, Discharge and Transfer (ADT) Patient Registration (MPI) Supplies Management System (SMS) Product Evaluation Committee (PEC) Drugs management System (DMS) Cafeteria and Meal tickets Application Oracle EBS Scope of RFP AUBMC is requesting proposals for an ERP implementation as specified in Functional Requirements and Deliverables section. The scope of this RFP involves selection of a bidder who can provide the solutions and carry out the implementation of the specified project scope and transfer knowledge to AUBMC team members to be able to provide postproduction customization and support. This RFP's set forth requirements include the functional, technical requests and implementation services. Bidder shall be able to offer at least the patient billing, SMS, and ADT Modules The proposed solution must have a proven track record with successful implementations in similar size academic institutions. AUBMC is not interested in beta systems or purchasing professional services to design and develop a tailored solution. The integrated solution must meet the technical, support, service, integration, and business requirements as defined in this RFP.
