Tenders are invited for High Quality Employability Trainer Closing Date: Thursday, 20. Jul 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Labor & Livelihoods Remuneration range: 2000 to 3000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 1 Month The High Quality Employability Consultant will be responsible for providing capacity building to local NGOs and Social Development Centers (SDCs) on High Quality Employability Programs through coaching, mentoring and the provision of TOT training to the selected local NGO and SDC facilitators to a) strengthen their capacity to a) lead career guidance programs, b) holistically create comprehensive and sustainable employment and skills development opportunities, with special focus on social inclusion and c) outreach to vulnerable young women through promoting the employability of young women through job placements. The training will be undertaken in two (2) locations in Beirut-Mount Lebanon and North Lebanon and consist of eight (8) progressive training modules per training program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Education: Advanced University degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences or any other field relevant to development. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in high employability quality programs and support. Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
