Description:
Tenders are invited for IPC Trainer. Trainer is expected to: Develop agenda, objective and syllabus of training including topic, timing and resources Prepare training material and facilitate the training in Arabic face-to-face Prepare an interactive and engaging session with a mix of presentations and exercises (theoretical and practical) Develop and carry out evaluation of the training (pre and post-test) Cover all IPC topics in Primary Healthcare including: disinfection & sterilization, hand and respiratory hygiene, precautionary measures (standard and COVID-19 related), proper disposal and management of wastes, including sharp disposal occupational health and safety, cleaning overview of existing SOPs from the MoPH regarding IPCs any other topic deemed relevant Take the attendance list of participants, with name, date and signature Draft a training report within 7 days after the training Qualifications: Bachelor degree in health-related sciences Experience in quality management and infection prevention & control Masters degree in quality management, public health or infection control is a plus Experience in delivering IPC training is mandatory Experience in delivering presentations and training Required documents: CV Financial offer that should include: Name, address, email and phone number Date Cost of the consultancy including the breakdown of costs Validity of the offer Modality of Payment
