Tenders are invited for IT Services Contract - Head Office, Beirut. Closing Date: Sunday, 05. Nov 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Education, Human Rights & Protection, Labor & Livelihoods, Refugees, Women Status & Issues The Women's Programs Association is seeking a qualified IT company or individual to enter into a one-year retainer contract for their Beirut head office. 1. The immediate services needed include: Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the performance and compatibility of the 11 available PCs with the required software applications, as well as performing any necessary maintenance tasks. Installing licensed Microsoft Office 365 and antivirus applications on 20 PCs. 2. Delivering a help desk service throughout the duration of the contract, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to WPA staff members, as needed. This encompasses resolving software and hardware issues, offering guidance on IT-related inquiries, and aiding with user account management. The Women-s Programs Association (WPA) is a non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO), legally registered with the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities since 2008. Its mission is to provide support to Palestinian refugee women and youth and other vulnerable groups in Lebanon to develop their capacities, realize their rights, and fulfill their needs. This is achieved through: Protection, Education, Livelihood and Humanitarian Assistance.
