Tenders are invited for IT Skills Training Training Subjects Should Include: Introduction to POS Introduction to Voice over IP Practice on POS Practice on Voice over IP The selected Microsoft Office Skills Trainer shall perform the following responsibilities: Conduct pre-training assessments to gauge the existing level of proficiency of each candidate in POS and Voice over IP applications. Can enhance or update training content, tailored to the specific needs of our beneficiaries, for each application mentioned above. Facilitate hands-on practice sessions and real-world simulations to ensure effective learning and skill development. Monitor and track the progress of learners throughout the training program, providing regular feedback and support. Offer ongoing support and address any queries or difficulties faced by the beneficiaries during and after the training. Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and performance of the participants. Closing Date: Thursday, 07.
