Mar 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Education Remuneration range: 5000 to 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: over a period of 3 months World Learning - QITABI 2: Junior Education Researcher USAID-s “Quality Instruction towards Access and Basic Education Improvement” (QITABI 2) is a five-year program seeking to improve learning outcomes for all students in public primary schools in Lebanon. Its activity targets an estimated 200,000 girls and boys, including those who are registered in second shifts of public schools. World Learning has a consultancy vacancy for a “Junior Education Researcher" for the USAID- funded Quality Instruction towards Access and Basic Education Improvement (QITABI 2) in Lebanon. The consultant will assist in reviewing documents and records to prepare a final report including Desk Research, Interviews, Write-up and Analysis. This position is for a Lebanese national. Activities/Deliverables Estimated Timeline Estimated LOE Desk Research Read through quarterly reports and other reports on QITABI 2 and extract highlights of key themes and moments. March and April (Weekly check-in calls) 15 days Interviews and Meetings Collect additional information through recorded, face-to-face interviews. April and May 5 day Write-up and Analysis Convert findings into reader-friendly timelines, tables, textboxes, infographics, and paragraphs.
