- Purchase summary: Loading a quantity of about 500,000 (five hundred thousand) barrels of Iraqi crude oil during the month of December 2025, and supplying a quantity of about 75,000 metric tons + 20% - 10% of fuel oil of type (B), in two parts as follows: First part: A quantity of about 37,500 metric tons + 20% - 10% to be completed. One or more safe ports/terminals in Lebanon, during the delivery period (12-17/11/2025). The second section: A quantity of approximately /37,500/ metric tons + 20%/-10% to be delivered DAP (delivery at place) in one or more safe ports/terminals in Lebanon, during the delivery period (04-07/12/2025). This is in accordance with the provisions of No. 137/T/422 dated 09/09/2025, the subject of this public tender.
