Description:
1. Unitil has a requirement of a Long-Term Agreement for Provision of Head of Mission/Force Commander (FC)Presentation items such as engraved plaques, medals and coins and similar goods/services. UNIFIL attempts. Based on the type of contract and urgent demand of these items, it is a requirement tohave a contractor or its representative in Lebanon, to provide service on "as and when required" within the shortest possible time.2. The contract initial duration shall be two (2) years with the option to extend for another two (2) years of one (1) year periods (2+1+1) each or part thereof, subjectto the satisfactory performance of the contractor, availability of funds and extension of UNIFIL's mandate. The maximum contract period shall be four (4) years. .3. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies have expressed their interestand provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL's requirement.4. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal. To be eligible to participate in the solicitations exercise, vendors are mandatorily required to be registered at Basic Level inthe UNGM at www.ungm.org.
