• Tenders are invited for MA-FMRS-Civil-Apartment 8C Renovation - Hariri Building. 1 Remove, cart away defective wall tiles and keep good ones for all walls & floors in bathrooms and Kitchen. Supply and install new tiles for walls and full body mass for floors with all necessary tile glue, mortar, joints grout and accessories M2 100 2 Break, remove & cart away old MEP embedment, supply and install new MEP embedment with all needed fittings and accessories for kitchen and bathrooms Ls 1 3 Check and repair wooden doors and Ls 1 wardrobe and replace all defective handles, hinges, and all needed accessories 4 Supply and apply enamel paint (tinol or equivalent) to the existing doors, cabinets, radiators, handrails and where necessary M2 140 5 Supply and apply emulsion paint (Tinol or equivalent) for walls, corridors, rooms, ceilings, shafts, under kitchen cabinets and where necessary typical to the existing M2 275 6 Remove and cart away false ceiling, supply and install new false ceiling 60x60 typical to the existing for bathrooms, kitchen & corridors with all needed accessories M2 40 7 Remove cart away existing bathtub, supply and install new bathtub with bathtub mixer and hand shower with all necessary accessories (Grohe or approved equal) Ls 1 8 Remove and handover to PPD existing WC, BD and lavatory, supply and install new gardenia WC, BD & BD mixer and shower tray with mixer and hand shower where needed, install new Ls 1 Lavatory with new mixer with all necessary fitting including mirrors, towel holders, paper holders, soap holders, floor drains, shelves and all needed 9 Remove and cart away existing kitchen and balcony cabinets including two wall units, supply and install new kitchen cabinets (white lamaica) sample to be provided for approval, typical to the existing with all necessary accessories and fittings with soft close for drawers and cabinets' leaves Lm 13 10 Remove and cart away the existing kitchen top, supply and install a new granite top typical used in faculty apartments with all necessary skirting, backsplash and cut out for the sink Lm 4 11 Supply and install new stainless sink (franke or approved equal) typical to the existing with mixers (Grohe or approved equal) and all needed accessories and fittings Ls 1 12 Polishing work for the existing floor tile for corridor, balconies, rooms and where needed using special M2 machines and products 13 Polishing work for the existing skirting for corridor, balconies, rooms and where needed using special machines and products Lm 70 We appreciate receiving your competitive offer by September 27, 2024, before 1:00 pm Lebanon Time.
