Aug 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: N/A Berytech is seeking to hire consultants that will be able to support Social Enterprise Cluster (SEC) in developing a go-to-market strategy as per the scope of the interventions mentioned below. Social Enterprise Cluster is a food social enterprise specialized in cooking and distributing food such as healthy snacks and vacuum meals to schools, NGOs, and elderly centers. Scope of work and Deliverables The Consultant is expected to fulfill the following in addition to any other task required: Market Analysis and Target Audience Identification: Conduct a thorough market analysis to understand the landscape of schools and NGOs, including trends, competition, and key stakeholders. Identify and define target audience segments within the schools and NGOs sector. Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the needs of schools and NGOs. Determine market entry approaches, positioning strategies, pricing models, and distribution channels. Marketing Plan Development: Create a customized marketing plan outlining the key marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, and timelines. Define the marketing mix elements (product, price, place, promotion) to effectively reach and engage the target audience. Branding and Communication Strategy: Develop a strong brand identity and positioning that resonates with schools and NGOs. Design communication strategies to effectively convey the company's values, services, and benefits to the target audience. Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Develop an online presence strategy, including website development, social media marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization. Implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reach schools and NGOs. Partnership and Collaboration Opportunities: Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with schools, NGOs, and relevant organizations to expand reach and impact. Develop strategies for initiating and nurturing these partnerships to maximize mutual benefits. Deliverables: Market Analysis and Target Audience Report: A comprehensive report summarizing the findings of the market analysis and target audience identification within the schools and NGOs sector. Go-to-Market Strategy Document: A detailed strategy document outlining the go-to-market approach, market entry strategies, positioning, pricing models, and distribution channels. Marketing Plan: A comprehensive marketing plan specifying the marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, and timelines for reaching schools and NGOs. Branding and Communication Strategy: Branding guidelines and communication strategies to effectively position the company and communicate its value proposition to schools and NGOs. Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Improve the digital presence and brand awareness of the company on its social media platforms. Partnership and Collaboration Recommendations: Recommendations for potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with schools, NGOs, and relevant organizations, along with strategies for nurturing these relationships. The consultant will provide these deliverables within the specified intervention period after working closely with the company to develop a go-to-market strategy and marketing plan for schools and NGOs. As part of the program-s Monitoring and Evaluation (ME&L) processes, the consultant is required to: Deliver a briefing report to the program-s team. Attending check-ins short meetings, if needed and required by the program-s team Attending MEL induction meeting before the beginning of the session if requested by the program-s team Conducting pre-post assessment, feedback and attendance as requested by the program team Questions regarding the technical should be asked to the client directly during a site visit or via a call. Qualifications Bachelor-s degree, MSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field can be beneficial. Fluent in English and Arabic How to apply The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities at the soonest after selection; the exact timeline and effective working days are to be set based on both the company-s and the Consultant-s availability not exceeding the end of November 2023. The total budget allocated for the intervention is within the range of USD 300/man-day. Candidates should submit the following documents: Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: β€œScope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further. Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic. Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeline and Days of intervention.
