Description:
Tenders are invited for Microsoft Reinstatement Licenses for One Year (PSH023) The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), as executing agency acting for and on behalf of the Government of Lebanon, and as Employer under the Contract now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Microsoft Reinstatement of Licenses for one year. The successful bidder will be expected to deliver the required licenses within 30 days following the date of effectiveness the Contract. 2. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised Nov 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Council for Development and Reconstruction and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00 to 15:00 hours from Monday till Friday.
