Description:
Tenders are invited for Monitoring and Evaluation and Data Management Consultant M&E and Data Management Consultant to join the COVID-19 response team, the M&E and Data Management Consultant will work on data collected by the 17 field workers stationed in UNRWA clinics (fixed and mobile) to assist with the national vaccination campaign 2022 by raising awareness and facilitating registration. Tasks: The M&E and Data Management Consultant will undertake the following tasks: Set-up the needed tools for data collection; Work on data entry, data cleaning, data analysis; Compile biweekly and monthly reports; Follow-up on data collection; Follow-up with the field assistants on any needed changes and errors in the tools; Follow-up with the Project Coordinator on the project-s achievements; Participate in meetings as needed; Coordinate regularly/provide relevant information to the Project Coordinator as needed; Compile and document data collected as requested by TCODE-INITIATE; Attend meetings; Support the implementation of the planned components of the strategy; Participate in virtual meetings whenever asked by the area coordinator; Coordinate regularly/provide relevant information on request to all involved stakeholders (INITIATE, GIZ, LPDC). Qualifications: The M&E and Data Management Consultant must have the following minimum qualifications: Academic Qualifications: BS Degree in Business, MIS, IT or any relevant degree Experience: Relevant work experience in tools creation, data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis. Competencies/Knowledge: Knowledge in use of computer software packages for word‐processing, excel, power point, and the internet; Excellent communication skills; Excellent reporting skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent knowledge of the Palestinian context in Lebanon and the region Political sensitivity. The contracting party is expected to provide his services in the period of 15.06.2022 until 31.12.2022. Closing Date: Tuesday, 07. Jun 2022 Intervention Sector(s): Health Remuneration range: 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 7 Months (1800-2200 per month)
