Tenders are invited for Office Supplies 18.9207.4-001.00 GIZ Office Beirut. Closing Date: Friday, 29. Sep 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Development The supplier shall provide and deliver the below items: Moderation cases with the following Specifications: Option 1: Nylon, black, padded front pocket with elastic band and zipper, padded side pockets, padded zipper pocket on the back, padded and adjustable backpack straps, handle W 40 x D 25.5 x H 47 cm (or approx.) OR Option 2: Aluminum design case with 2 wheels and extendable handle on aluminum rails. Material: aluminum. Size: 54 x 35 x 16 cm (W x H x D) or approx. The contents of the moderation cases is minimum as per the below: 1 Push Pin Box. 500 Rectangular Cardboard Sheets (Weight of 130 g/m² or similar & Dimensions 9,5 x 20,5 cm or approx.) assorted colors. 250 Oval Cardboard Sheets (Weight 130 g/m² or similar & Dimensions 11 x 19 cm or approx.) assorted colors. 250 Small Round Cardboard Sheets (Weight 130 g/m² or similar & Diameter: 9,5 cm or approx.) assorted colors. 1,000 Marking Dots assorted colors. 4 Large Markers (Black, Red, Blue, Green). 10 Large Black Markers. 1 Glue Stick. 1 Roll of Crepe Tape. 1 Cutter with 2 Spare Blades. Each item should be separated and organized in the moderation case. Foldable pinboard with the following Specifications: Extendable legs & hinged swivel feet or similar. Carrying handle with locking strap. Aluminum frame. Overall Dimensions 126.5 x 193 cm or approx. Work Surface 118.5 x 146 cm or approx. Transport Dimensions 126.5 x 81 cm or approx. Work Surface: Cardboard rigid foam board or felt-cloth-laminated rigid foam board. Carrying bag for foldable pinboard with the following Specifications: Shoulder strap, front pocket, carrying handle, zipper. Material: Polyester Color: Black.
