Description:
Quotation are invited for Photography, Videography and Livestreaming - EMBA C26. Video Requirements: • Presenter Camera: One camera on a teleprompter, equivalent to a Canon C300, for capturing the presenter. • Audience Cameras: Two cameras equivalent to Canon C300, to capture the audience. • Cameramen: Three professional cameramen are required to operate the cameras. • Video Mixer: A video mixer with an operator to manage video feeds and inputs. • Mixer Input/Output: • Input from a laptop for integrating presentations or other digital content. • Output to USB for streaming or recording purposes. • Laptop Control: A dedicated laptop to control the video mixer settings and functions. Hybrid Event Setup: During Q&A sessions and discussions, the setup should allow for a side-by-side display of online and in-person participants to facilitate interaction. Photography Requirements: • Photo Camera: A camera to capture still photos during certain events, operated by one of the cameramen.
