• Tenders are invited for Playground Equipment-Giz. Closing Date: Thursday, 04. Jul 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth 3280450 I WVL I Call for Tender - Playground equipment-GIZ. World Vision intends to award a supplier to Provide Playground equipment as per the required specifications and to be delivered as per the attached BOQs. More Detailed information about the Tender will be shared with Tender Documentation to interested Companies/Consultants. All National Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address Lbn_Procurement@wvi.org, to receive the Tender Documentation. The letter of Interest should include the following information: 3280450 I WVL I Call for Tender - Playground equipment-GIZ. Name of Company. Contact Information: Contact Person, Telephone, Mobile & Email. Deadline for the submission of Offers online via Provision system is Thursday, 04 July, 2024 08:00 PM Lebanon Time. Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is July 03, 2024, 03:00 PM Lebanon Time since the deadline for Submission offers is July 04, 2024. Please note: Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation. Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender. Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by June 27, 2024, since the deadline for offers submission via the online system is July 11, 2024, 8:00 pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submissions will be accepted. The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer. In case the Consultant is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 8.5 % should always be considered.
