Tenders are invited for Prison Hygiene Materials. 2- Technical specifications: a-Active ingredients: Dichloroxylenol (DCMX) or Para-Chloroxylenol (PCMX). b- Composition: - Chloroxylenol : 5 % minimum - Oleum Pini Aromaticum (PINE OIL) : 8.75 % - 9.25 % - Sapo Vegetails : 5.75 % - 6 % - Denatured Spirits (Alcohol Isopropilicum) : 11.5 % - 12.4 % - Aqua ad 100 vols c- PH : 9 minimum d- Storage stability: at room temperature in excess of two years. e- Miscibility: completely soluble in all proportions with hot or cold water. F- Biodegradable. g- Phosphate - free. 3- Administrative requirmenets: 1- The above Characteristics must be shown in the manufacturer-s product data sheet placed on the packaging case. 2- the fluid container must have at least the following information on the outer label listed in both Arabic and (English or French): 21- Product designation 22- manufacturer-s name 23- capacity 24- date of production 25- expiry date 26- directions for use 27- caution and first aid . 3- Packaging : 31-The product must be packaged in plastic (polyethylene or better) containers of one litre bottle (12×1 litre per case ) .
