Apr 2022 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Environment Section I. Invitation for Bids 1. The Republic of Lebanon represented by the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”) received a Grant from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of the Climate Smart Agriculture: Enhancing Adaptive Capacity of the Rural Communities in Lebanon (AgriCAL) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to eligible payments under the contract: Procurement and installation of Fences for the Ministry of Agriculture. 2. The Ministry of Agriculture invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Fences for the Ministry of Agriculture. The maximum duration for the supply and the delivery and commissioning and installation of the Goods is ninety (90) days after the signature of the Contract. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in IFAD Project Procurement Guidelines (September 2010). 4. A complete set of bidding document may be delivered to any interested eligible bidder. 7. No pre-bid meeting for this activity 8. Bids must be received by the Purchaser on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m. at the address specified below, no later than Tuesday 26th of April 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Beirut local time. Late bids will be rejected.
