BESTMEDGRAPE aims at supporting the creation of new startups/SMEs by transferring scientific/technological knowledge on local grape cultivars and the exploitation of wine by-products as a source of bioactive compounds that can be transformed into innovative commercial health products. https://berytech.org/programs/bestmedgrape SCOPE OF WORK AND REQUIREMENTS: Component 1: Feasibility study The objective is for the consultant to assist startups in the field of grape waste to better assess the market, assess the competition, and conduct market research on the viability of their product growth. Service 1: Competitive analysis Service 2: Market and customer segmentation Service 3 : Market Research ( Data collection and analysis ) Component 2: Marketing Strategy and/or Branding The consultant will address the marketing part of the business, He/She will support the team in developing their social media and digital marketing strategies and plan. Digital marketing topics will be addressed: marketing strategies, social media, Customer Relationship Management, Content marketing and reporting. He/She will present the different online marketing channels, and how to start marketing your product or company with no or limited budget.
