Tenders are invited for Providing and Installing Two Metal Detector Arc Devices for Zahle Prison and Tripoli Prison Platoon The walk through metal detector should be microprocessor based, digitally controlled. 1- TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: • Multi-Zone - minimum 6 detection zones • Adjustable sensitivity levels, applicable to all zones separately • Discriminating and Precising target location identification: (zone display illuminates at the level where detection occurs) • Interference suppression • Auto Calibration 2- FEATURES: • Entry Pacing Lights with Red /Green bicolor traffic or International Wait/Proceed symbols • Traffic and Alarm counters • All settings should be secured and protected with an access PIN Code to prevent tampering • Audible / Visible alarm when a target has been detected • Operating voltage: 190-230 VAC, 50 Hz • Battery Pack enabling at least 4 hours operation without mains 3- STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS: - Compliance with Standards: The walk through metal detector should comply with the Safety standards: “Safe for wearers of pacemakers and pregnant women” - No effect to magnetic media (e.g. Memory sticks, tape, proximity cards); and should be produced under ISO 9001QMS and in accordance with CE. - Installation and Training: The bidder shall be responsible for proper installation of the WTMD and should commit to train the ISF staff (at the ISF premises) on operation and programming after installation. - Warranty Period: two years on labor and parts. - Accepted brands: Ceia, Rapiscan, Garrett and Astrophysics [Disclaimer: The above text is machine translated.
